♥What is your returns policy?
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns. As we work closely with independent designers and most pieces are one of a kind or made to order, it simply isn't viable.
The only exception to this is in the case that you wish to exchange an item for exactly the same item, in the same colour, but in a different size and that we have that size currently in stock. This does not apply to made to order or pre-order items. This applies only to new designer items and only when we have your preferred size in stock. Size exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the garment, and the item must be returned to the store using TRACKED shipping within 7 days of the date it was received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of tracked postage to return the item to us, and for the courier cost of us sending out the new item. To be viable for a size exchange, items must be unworn, in original condition and with all tags attached. We retain the right to refuse to exchange items if these conditions are not met.
Please get in touch if you have any questions, particularly regarding sizing, we are more than happy to help you find your perfect piece.
♥What is your shipping policy?
Every order is sent via tracked courier, and must be signed for. Packages cannot be left by request.
Please ensure that you've selected a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
When your order is dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number.
We aim to get your fashion fantasies into your hot little hands as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times within NZ are 2-10 working days. If you do not receive your parcel within this period, you must get in contact with us immediately.
Worldwide shipping, unfortunately, can take up to a few weeks (downsides of being an isolated little island at the bottom of the world) to reach its destination.
If you have any special or urgent delivery requests, please contact us before purchasing.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes; these are not included in your purchase. These charges are the responsibility and liability of the purchaser and not Bizarre Bazaar.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Delays caused by insufficient delivery information, natural disasters, global pandemics or customs clearance processes are out of our control.
♥Can I pick up my online purchases from the store?
Absolutely! Just select the in-store pick up option at the checkout, and wait for us to contact you when your order is ready to collect. Please do not come in for collection before you are contacted, as your order will not be ready. If you have an urgent pick up request, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll see what we can do.
♥Do you offer stylist pulls?
Selectively- feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your proposal
As a general rule of thumb, styling loans/ hires are charged out at 25% of the retail price of the garment
Please do not be too disappointed if we choose not to loan clothing for your project- we have had pieces irreparably ruined in the past, and have to be very careful when dealing with such precious, irreplacable pieces.
PLEASE do not hit me up 24 hours before you need pieces- this really isn't cool.

Please submit a vendor application, so we can get a feel for who you are, what you do, and whether your work would be a good fit for BB.
Please note, due to the high volume of vendor applications we receive, we may not get back to you straight away, but will endeavour to do so within two weeks of receiving your application.
