Grae Burnished is a Melbourne-based contemporary artist and jeweller, whose background in special effects makeup informs her practice- often combining traditional jewellery components- like silver and pearls, with unexpected materials like latex (the lurid-coloured gooey substance you might see dripped down a pair of freshwater pearl earrings)
