Jill Stuart is an American fashion designer, who made her design debut at the age of 15, with a collection of leather bags and chokers at Bloomingdale's. She launched her eponymous label in 1993, and received widespread acclaim after her tartan kilt skirt suits featured in the 1995 film Clueless- outfits that are still referenced and revered to this day.
